People Smart. Results Driven.TM

Successful organizations have risen to the top because they do an exceptional job identifying and developing talent that aligns with the business need and company strategy.

  • Have you hired someone that had exactly the right skills for the job, but failed to meet performance standards?
  • Have you invested significant dollars in skill development, only to find yourself disappointed that the measurable outcomes were not achieved?
  • Are you trying to determine why one sales region is meeting their growth goals, and another is struggling to stay on par with the previous year?

Join us on Thursday June 12th from 2 - 4 PM to learn more about the Predictive Index® (PI). In this highly interactive 2 hour session, you’ll experience the power of the tool through exposure to your own PI pattern (completed online in advance of the session). You’ll also learn how predictive data will help in identifying and developing talent to positively impact individual and team performance within your organization.
