Why Doers Do: The Art & Science of Human Performance

The Training was well-planned, went off like a charm and the participants loved it. Yet after the fact nothing has measurably improved in the work setting. This is a disconnect between training and human performance. For instruction to be successful it should occur in a context of overall performance.

In his book, Why Doers Do, David E. Wile provides a measured approach to analyzing and improving human performance. A seasoned instructional designer and trainer, David will introduce you to the E-T Model of Human Performance and provide hands-on experience assessing non-training elements of performance. Who knows? you might even re-think your own role in your organization. For more information go to www.whydoersdo.com.
