The Future of Coaching

Dr. Russ Ouellette
Manager
Sojourn Partners

Heather Ramsey
Certified Professional Coach

Our organizations and personal productivity have reached a peek.  Our economy is at a historical pace and yet we expect all our workers to be empowered and flexible in an increasingly social workplace.  Our employees can go faster and our intentions get stronger, but our organizational cultures will be frustrated.  Leading professionals and executives receive coaching to become their most productive selves and love the results.  Yet coaching remains a "touchy feely" extreme benefit beyond the executive office.

Description: In this workshop of peers, participants will:

  • Examine challenges and benefits in coaching in a modern organization
  • Collaborate on the best use of coaching in our culture
  • Identify tools with which to examine our own coaching cultures.

Time
2:00-4:00 pm: Future of Coaching Seminar
4:00-5:00 pm: Roundtable to discuss implementing the workshop tools and techniques in a specific workplace.
