In today's business world, change is constant and can be challenging for both managers and staff.  Whether the change is a result of a merger, economic conditions, or internal management reorganization, the effects can have a significant and a lasting impact on the organization and people working in it.

In this session participants will:
  • Identify the stages of change
  • Recognize common individual reactions to each stage
  • Apply techniques to manage each stage and promote a positive work environment during change
  • Discuss how to customize and deliver this workshop within your own organization (Train the Trainer BONUS SESSION)
Time
1:00-3:00 pm: Taking Charge of Change Seminar
3:00-4:00 pm: Train the Trainer BONUS Session to discuss techniques for successfully delivering this workshop to your organization utilizing various instructional design techniques.

The workshop registration fee also affords participants the opportunity to visit the Currier exhibits after the workshop until 5 PM, including their latest exhibit: A NEW VISION: Modernist Photography, that traces the development of the modernist movement from the 1920s to present-day artists at no extra cost.
 
About the Presenter
Kris Mailepors is Director of Organizational Development at Catholic Medical Center.  He received his MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand and his Certificate in Organizational Development from DePaul University.  He brings 15 years of corporate training and leadership development to the American Society for Training and Development.
